Each tenant goes through a screening process which includes checking credit, rental, and work history on all adults applying to rent. Finding the right fit for each property and each prospective tenant is one of our top priorities.
Property Maintenance
Routine maintenance is performed by our contracted staff. Rent collections, property repairs, as well as compliance with city codes and communicating with the tenant is overseen by our office staff.
